Local Connections USA is a free community resource built to serve individuals, families, students, and local businesses. It is not a resource for competitors. Access to or use of this site by any competing person or entity is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Use.

Who Is Prohibited

You may not access or use this site, its Services, content, tools, games, directories, or any materials available here if you are — or are acting on behalf of — any person or entity that:

• Operates, owns, manages, or is employed by a business that competes with Every Choice Matters, including but not limited to competing life skills education platforms, competing business listing directories, competing community event platforms, competing community savings or discount card programs, or competing community resource websites;
• Is conducting competitive research, benchmarking, or analysis of Local Connections USA' features, content, pricing, or business model;
• Intends to copy, replicate, or derive a competing product or service from any content, feature, design, or functionality found on this site; or
• Is scraping, harvesting, or systematically collecting data, content, listings, game content, or other materials from this site for use in a competing product or service.

What This Policy Covers

This prohibition applies to all areas of the site, including but not limited to:

• All free life skills games and educational content
• The business listing directory and listing submission tools
• The Community Rewards program and merchant directory
• The community events calendar and event submission tools
• The Community Wall and all user-generated content
• The Community Partners program and partner directory
• My First Car Center and My Home Service Pros directories
• All blog content, resource pages, and educational materials
• Any features, tools, or content added to the site in the future

Enforcement

Any access to this site by a competitor — whether direct or through a third party, automated tool, or proxy — is unauthorized. Local Connections USA reserves the right to:

• Immediately terminate access without notice;
• Pursue all available legal remedies, including monetary damages;
• Seek injunctive relief without the requirement of posting a bond; and
• Report unauthorized automated access (scraping, crawling, harvesting) to relevant authorities and hosting providers.
